Returns & Refund Policy
-If you receive an item that is damaged on delivery please email us at including a picture of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order.
-If we accept that the damage was caused in transit we will either replace the item or refund you the cost of the item. Please state which option you would like in your email to us.
-If the item is damaged you may not be required to send it back to us.
If you chose a replacement this will be sent free of charge with no further delivery cost to you. On occasions we may require reported damaged / faulty goods to be returned for inspection and no refund or replacement will be offered until the goods have been returned to us. We will notify you if this is the case.
-If you chose a refund we will refund the cost of the product(s) and any charges you have paid for delivery of the products to you, and will make any refunds due to you by the method you used for payment:
-We shall not be liable to the buyer for defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or default of the buyer or of any third party.
-If you change your mind or wish to cancel an order you have received you can return the item(s) for a refund to our returns address, stated on the postage label: Trinkets and Treats, Unit 50542, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH
-Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
