Terms & Conditions
1. YOUR STATUS
You may only purchase Products from us if you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to pay for your order.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
-The price payable for the products shall be as shown on our site in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices advertised on our site include UK VAT at the relevant rate chargeable for the time being, but exclude delivery charges which are payable in addition and shown separately during the checkout process.
-We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
-We accept payment by credit and debit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
-You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges), and we will charge the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order. We immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
-If you wish to apply a Promo and/or Voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.
-Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order (but please contact us if you do not receive this e-mail). As soon as you place your order, we start to process your order which means you will not be able to change it before delivery, but you may be able to return your products under clause 4 of these terms and conditions or under our Returns Policy.
You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
-If you receive an item that is damaged on delivery please email us at including a picture of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order.
-If we accept that the damage was caused in transit we will either replace the item or refund you the cost of the item. Please state which option you would like in your email to us.
-If the item is damaged you may not be required to send it back to us.
If you chose a replacement this will be sent free of charge with no further delivery cost to you. On occasions we may require reported damaged / faulty goods to be returned for inspection and no refund or replacement will be offered until the goods have been returned to us. We will notify you if this is the case.
-If you chose a refund we will refund the cost of the product(s) and any charges you have paid for delivery of the products to you, and will
make any refunds due to you by the method you used for payment:
-We shall not be liable to the buyer for defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or default of the buyer or of any third party.
-If you change your mind about an order you have received you can return the item(s) for a refund to our returns address, stated on the postage label: Trinkets and Treats, Unit 50542, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH
-Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Please email: to advise us that you are returning the item(s), including your order number in this email.
-Please note that you will be responsible for paying any return postage costs.
-We only ship to addresses in the UK
-Your order will be fulfilled and delivered within 3-5 business days
-Occasionally our shipping provider may experience a delay, for example during busy times of year such as the Christmas period. In any event delivery should take no longer than 10 days. If you have not received your order after this timeframe please contact us.
-If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may cancel the order and clause 7 will apply.
-Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
-You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.
-The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the products that will be delivered to you.
-Business Days excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
-If items are not received we will track delivery with the shipping provider. If the item is confirmed to have been lost in transit we will send a replacement or apply a refund for the cost of the items. Please email: if your order has not been delivered after 5 business days so this can be tracked for you.
-Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can contact us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
6. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
-We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control means any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
-If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, We will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
-You may cancel your order that is affected by an Event Outside Our Control if there is a risk of substantial delay. To cancel an order under this clause 6 please contact us using the details set out in clause 4.
7. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL AN ORDER
-We may cancel your order at any time by writing to you if:
you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the Products; or
you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Products to you.
-If we cancel your order due to any of the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for the products we have not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the costs we will incur.
